Roplast Srl was founded the late seventies as an innovative business project dedicated to the production of plastic tanks; aimed at customers specialized in the creation of containers for the storage and transport of dangerous and corrosive liquids.
The constant attention to research and development combined with the pre- and post-sales customer assistance service have made the company synonymous with competence, reliability and quality of products with a high technological level.

Roplast is present with its own sales network throughout Italy and in the main European countries and today includes:

  • TANKS Division for storage of corrosive and dangerous liquids (with capacity up to 200.000 litres).
  • ECOLOGY Division dedicated to waste collection containers (igloo and bins).
  • BUILDING Division specializing in portable hydraulic and chemical toilets, road barriers and construction site accessories.
  • THIRD PARTY PRODUCTION Division in which it is a partner of renowned companies in the furniture and green areas sector for which molding is carried out on behalf of third parties.

The technology

Plastic materials molding: tanks, bells, bins, chemical toilets. The main characteristic of Roplast's products is the technology used in their production: rotational molding. This is a "clean" technology because it does not involve the use of chemical solvents or other pollutants. It is also efficient as it allows the creation of large-sized products in a single piece, without joints or welding. All phases of the production cycle, from design to the creation of molds and prototypes to mass production, are ensured by quality control according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Rotational molding: Tanks, construction, and waste collection

2022

To cope with a significant increase in turnover, Roplast has implemented its production capacity by equipping itself with a new carousel 3500 machine for rotational moulding.

2018

The company aims and be Key player in the reference market thanks to young and dynamic resources supported by a group of colleagues from solid experience.

2016

Bid of Roplast with a radical change in top management and complete reorganization of resources and means, as well as an important campaign to review the company image with the creation of new tools and participation in the most important trade fairs in the sector.

2015

A fire forces the company to interrupt its activity for a long time and consequently reduces its turnover.

2013

In a moment of strong expansion, Roplast acquired the business branch of the company Sinterplast srl, specialized in Ecology and Shipbuilding sector with a series of products that include containers for waste collection, portable toilets and road dividers.

2000

Roplast leaves the Plastotecnica group, renew the fleet of machines and moved to a factory of over 2.800 square metres.

1994

Transfer of the location to Bottanuco (BG) in a modern and functional factory, where it developed the commercial structure to follow customers directly.

1987

The range of products is enriched with tanks up to 10.000 litres.

1979

Roplast was born in Solza (BG) in a 1.800 sqm factory and specializes in the production of medium-sized polyethylene tanks equipping itself with a rock and roll rotational molding machine with oscillating oven and a carousel machine with 3 mold holder arms.
